External and Internal Cylindrical Grinding
Surface grinding
We regularly precision grind materials ranging from mild steel, harden tool steels and tungsten carbide.
We offer internal grinding, which is a high-skill, complex grinding method.
ToolCo Bora offers reciprocating table surface grinding.
Our maximum table capacity is 800 x 320 x 300mm (H).
EDM Spark Erosion
Spark erosion, also known as Electrical Discharge Machining, is ideal for work that requires delicate operations and complex shapes.
Conductive materials, including soft and hardened materials, are suitable for spark erosion. Used widely in toolmaking due to its accuracy and versatility.
